This modern tower conversion by Piercy & Company is not my typical post but I was intrigued by the old made new, new in use not structure. The setting and surroundings are so picturesque. I am surprised this hasn’;t been used in a movie yet. I like the clear story or “cap” on top of the structure, it makes the rest of the building take on a whole different personality.
