Architect Ed Fickett designed this mid century house which was once the LA home of Ava Gardner during the Frank Sinatra years. They had me at the first picture, the vintage Mercedes peaking out from a mid century car port. The house itself is quite nice with many of the “standard” mid century architectural elements. The design of the interiors is nice. I like the black floors and the white walls and ceilings, the fireplace is set off well with this combination. The house sits on a double lot and there is a killer tree house in the back yard.
