Developed by Roger Christ, this beautiful house in situated in Wiesbaden, Germany. The S property was designed by Roger Christ, located in Wiesbaden, Germany. Architects have been renovating and improving the basic construction of bungalows to stay away from the limitations of room. This new house consists of 2 floors: the first floor consists of massive living room, kitchen, child’s area and bathroom. Whilst the ground floor consists of residing area and an additional apartment.
Due to space limitations the new owners, a family members of 4, determined to heightening the present bungalow and moreover to renovate the basic construction. To maintain the bungalow’s common character 3 single boxes were positioned on a cantilevered flat roof, which are linked only by a glass corridor. The framework creates zones with different attributes: in the south-west a meadow with a little apple tree, in the north a stone paved courtyard with a pine tree and in the east a roof terrace with a magnolia. In one particular of the new boxes the master bedroom, dressing space and bath space is positioned. The 2 other boxes function as personal residing space and property workplace for the landlords.
