Things are a-changin’; for Italian style designer Stefano Pilati—who, until finally the big announcement this morning, was the head designer at Milanese mens luxury brand Ermenegildo Zegna. This, as it turns out, is not the only exit Pilati is generating recently. In accordance to Architectural Digest, the designer’;s posh backyard-degree duplex apartment in Paris’;s 8th arrondissement recent went up for sale for $ 6.1M.
Renovated a couple of many years ago by architect Bruno Caron—and promptly followed up by a function in AD‘s March 2013 issue—the 3-bedroom, approximately 3,440-square-foot abode is a lovely mix of old and new.
