Set in the woods about 3 hours west of London, the Yurt Retreat delivers basic, quaint lodging to site visitors looking to capitalize on the regions’; abundant outdoors and wildlife adventures. And although we’;ve seen several gorgeous glamping sites right here at Curbed Ski (and even a tipi!), we have never ever witnessed one in the form of a birdhouse. Newly constructed in 2015 and costing about £100 per night, the Bird Property clocks in at a small 322 square feet but delivers loads of charm on stilts. Clad in cedar and sporting a stunning round window, the 2-individual lodging characteristics a massive deck, vaulted ceilings, loads of light, and a cozy studio with outfitted kitchen. Reclaimed wood, a handmade dining table, and a comparatively spacious bathroom makes this the most beautiful minor birdhouse we’;ve ever encountered.
